The artist is Karen Lofgren, Designer is Willem Henri Lucas, text by Ben Ehrenreich. Printing by Typecraft, Wood, & Jones, Los Angeles, January, 2014.

Insert can be read bound as a 6-page narrative booklet, but is unfolded (unbound by reader) into a large, 16-panel, 2-sided poster, (unfolded like a roadmap), providing additional project information, drawing images, and text translations.
