Art Metropole at the NY Art Book Fair 2024
Art Metropole will be at Printed Matter’s NY Art Book Fair this week!
Our presentation at the fair will have a special focus on periodicals, newspapers, and broadsheets by artists. Drawing on AM’s immense inventory, these projects range from photography, collage, criticism, reviews, drawings, poetry, bootlegs, manifestos, ramblings, comix, essays, and more. In line with this focus, we’ll be featuring Door to Door, a self-published newsprint photobook recently launched by artist Mohammad Rezaei.
Of course we will also have a wide selection of artists’ books and multiples from our shop, AM publications both recent and historic, as well as some rare and out-of-print books.
